    It's my parent's home which was on the market. I usually go and check up on it every 3-4 weeks but Murphy's law got the best of me.

    I'm waiting for the weather to ease up so that I can swap out all the burst baseboards and then demo the kitchen ceiling so that I can find which pipe developed the piss hole.

    Ohhhhh geezz mega mildew problem headed your way eek7.gif besides the water damage to cupboards, floors, ceilings etc.

    Hopefully it will be covered by insurance......... good luck.... Skippy

    Thanks for the compliments. Even though the damage was a bit scary at first, I still tried to make the best of the situation by taking some interesting pictures mwink.gif
