    Congrats, cbbr! The striking color contrast really sold this one.

    Congrats to the other placers! It was a tough round to choose a top 10.

    Thanks to those who voted for mine. I really did not expect to do so well. I love close-ups. Someday I'll be able to afford a macro lens and focus stacker software.

    Your shot was one of my faves. Great idea. Thinking on it just now, I think it would have worked a bit better if the face were upside down with a bit more contrast. Refractions flip the image.
