    I also want to thank everyone who voted for mine as well!
    Although I think it would be a good idea if the rules would let me enter but not place for qualification since I'm already qualified for the next Major Challenge. I hate the idea of taking a second spot and leaving someone out. But I love these challenges and the feedback I get.

    Congratulations, SimpsonBrothers. I knew as soon as I saw your pic my chances of winning were all but gone. JAG had me really worried too. Before I even went out and shot my pic, my dad pretty much told me I wasn't going to beat the little girl running with her dog. Always great to have such a vote of confidence from family members.:) I knew where he was coming from though. It's a great shot. Thanks to everybody for the votes.

    I used to think this, until I went back and looked at the entries and winners. I now believe that a dog or kid photo is held to as high, if not higher, standard as any other entry.

    I am fine with anyone already qualified being included in the top 5. It challenges those of us who haven't yet qualified to the highest standard. Your photo deserved to be in the top 5. thumb.gif

    Heck, you might as well try it. Be sure and wear long gloves. To really make the image great you're going to have leave visible razor burns and just a few minor nicks from the razor on different areas of the body. You won't have to harm it, just put it through what we have to go through when we have a dull razor.

    Congrates to Simpson Brothers for a wonderful shot and to all the other runner ups! Quite frankly I didn't think I had one that would place as well because I have used both of these models in much better pictures for these challenges and they didn't even make it to the top 5 over the years! I am limited on my model selections now a days so it gets difficult for me to keep using the same models (myself included) and keep it looking uniquely fresh from the others entered.
