Euro Shootout? Why are you guys so hung up on a bunch of rocks?

Fer real. How many photos of orange rocks does one really need?

It would be awesome to organize (not as an alternative, but as a supplement) a Dgrin Shootout in the old world. Not only does it have intrinsic awesomeness, Europe being full of all sorts of culture and whatnot (just ask, Europeans wil gladly tell you how cool they are), it would be (appealing to your hard nosed business side) an excellent way of promoting the brand in Europe.

They have castles here. Lots of them. Some big, others small, but they are all incredibly old. I am told that some of them date back to the mists of the beginning of time itself, meaning before 1965.

If you can't tear yourselves away from nature to take time to drink a beer and oogle a pretty slovak chick, there are always great mountains (the Alps, The Tatra, The Balkans, etc.) Has this ever been considered before?

Please, don't leave me alone amongst the Germans. Help.

That wasn't a real Dgrin shootout, more of a MM special.

I'm holding Andy to his 2009 promise :D

All of this, about 3 hours by train outside of Prague. Urban Safaris are a possibility as well.

I know this issue's been discussed before, and I can't find the thread for some reason but I know that like the little shootouts that happen amongst Dgrinners, there's no reason why one couldn't be arranged as a grassroots operation if there were enough willing people. thumb.gif

Well, I'll be back on the board now since my house in Der Vaterland is all set up, and after christmas I am ready to roll. If anybody wants to do a wildcat shootout, I'm in.

Um, when and how much? I'd just about given up getting out of the country this summer, but I hate to let go of a tradition I've upheld the past three years if I can actually manage to scrounge up the cash for it. mwink.gif
