The "Photoshop" dilemma. I have that. Doctor photos, or not? Not that I can afford to buy a copy of photoshop or LightRoom... but that is a whole other story.
My interest in photography stemmed from press photography. It is my believe that they should, or in most cases do, capture the pure image. Maybe a bit of post processing to correct saturation, or contrast. But what about "blemishes" like a post or pole behind someones head? Remove it or not? The pimple on the cheeck? A bit of dirt in a corner of an eye? A label on clothes? I always question what I should do with my pics. Should I modify them, or not. Where is the line drawn? I guess we all have to decide that for ourselves... Moral dilemmas. Don't you just love 'em? |
