Its purely a matter of opinion & what you think you would like to accomplish. Personally i would never consider one...i just do not like the effect/idea.

I think I might like one, but I've never been able to make up my mind as to which version
I looked at a Holgaroid, which would be lots and lots of fun. Think about it: passing a silly plastic camera that spits out instant film around in group of friends But the fixed shutter speed means it wouldn't work without bright daylight... A lensbaby on a dlsr isn't quite the same thing, is it? Even though the end product has the same look.

holga cameras just make the pictures look antique and ruggad. with lensababies you can bend it and make half of the picture blury
