API Update: 1.2.0/1.2.1 Bug fixes and other stuff

Hey Guys,
Today we release the following updates on API versions 1.2.0/1.2.1
- Added new image sizes and video to stats methods
- Fixed outstanding issues with smugmug.users.getTransferStats
- Added a Heavy mode to smugmug.users.getTransferStats, allowing only album level stats to be returned without individual image stats.
- Fixed the issue with slashes being added to keyword, captions, descrptions, etc on images and albums.
- Added support for SmugMug's read-only mode, during this time, login method (and others) will return 99 (read-only mode). Methods like smugmug.albums.get, smugmug.image.get, etc will return valid non-owner responses.
