Thanks! The reporter got fascinated with the family angle, which is great, but we would have loved to see her talk about Barb, Andy, and the rest who've become like family. She interviewed them. She was really careful about fact checking and my respect for the LA Times went up.

Here's the video she found of Mark that made him say, "Bah. That's the downside of working in a family company."

Baldy,

You have a definite Mr. Rogers quality to you on tape. And I mean that with deep respect for the late, great Mr. Rogers.

I'm not sure where this post should be, but I'll try here and maybe it will magically find the right place. I read a very nice article in the Los Angeles Times this morning, 12-24-07, which I would like to share with D-grinners just in case it dosen't find it's way to your part of the world. This link should bring it up for you, if not let me know. http://www.latimes.com/business/la-f...ck=1&cset=true

Congratulations!
I really appreciate the fact that SmugMug has not succumbed to the "take over the world" mentality. The quality of the product and the exceptional customer service are testament to where your priority is...us...the photographers.

A sincere thank you!
