Found this Harlequin lavra munching Aphids on my stone wall. The lighting is harsh, but the photo is good.

Good shot- think harlequin ladybird larvae eat just about anything on legs their size or smaller (including each other).

Thanks for the comments. It's alway appreciated. For some reason, the Aphids love the last bit of sunshine that hits my stone wall late in the day. Maybe it's the heat that's absorbed by the rocks during the day.

Hi there Gary, I'm going to try and photograph some of those little guys on the weekend, found a small tree that is laiden with them.

Great shot..but iam a softie and dont like to see insects,animals etc eating...well only if they are vegetarian!!!
