After hearing Marc and Andy pushing panoramas, I took several, but this is the first one I got to stitch right. It's a little over the top, but that made it all the more fun. Feedback (especially on cropping) is very welcome and appreciated!

Great to see you at Glacier thumb.gif

I think this needs some sky. Is this cropped? Would love to see it a bit larger too...

    Love the smooth water :)

    Aren't panos addicting?

    Larger?
    Thanks guys,

Well, I don't know how to make the picture larger in the thread (any tips Andy?), but here's a link to the smugmug folder where I think the original has been downsized by a factor of two or three to fit smugmugs file size limitations. http://pqphotography.com/gallery/3585843

I agree that it would be nice to see more sky, but as you went up from here, it was pretty much all white. More importantly, I had a 120-300mm zoom on the camera at the time (waiting for Moose), and did the sweep at the 120mm end of things.

Thanks Andy -- looks like the trick is that "-L" on the ending.

Lest you thought I gave up after one -- here are a few more. For pixel peepers, the originals are available in this gallery: http://www.pqphotography.com/gallery/3572975/1/207650732#P-3-15.

I need to mess with this one in PS -- good one to develop skills on.

    This one is best BIG.

It would have been nice to have a more interesting sky, but I liked the trees.
