Smugmug Customer Service Rocks

There are many reasons why I chose Smugmug. Ease of uploading, Site Management and the ability to offer products to clients are enough to justify my choice of Smugmug over an ever increasing number of similar sites. I often read here about the great customer service that many of you professional photographers have received and so i know Im preaching to the choir when I say SmugMug offers GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. To make a long story very brief, Smugmug quickly corrected an error ( probably my fault ) to please a customer. My present and future sales could hardly ever pay for the wonderful customer service they provide. What im trying to say is that... Im not professional and SmugMug isnt going to get "rich" from any revenues I produce but I dont think that really matters to them. When you're a rookie, It's nice to feel a part of the big league is there to help out! The Customer Service really does Rock !!
