I'm stuck! Between the Sigma 300mm 2.8 and the Nikon 300mm 2.8 VR. I've been studying both of these lense on the internet and I'm confuse

big time. Some say the Sigma isn't that sharp. Help please with picture results. Thanks.

Just to add to your difficulty, you might consider the Sigma 120 - 300 f2.8.

A rather nice, compact lens.

I'll see if I can dig up a few frames with it that Nightingale let me capture with it.
