Star filter for gimp?
I'm looking for a gimp filter that will emulate a star filter. Anyone know if such a thing exists, and if so what it's called? I had no trouble finding such a thing for photoshop but couldn't dig one up for gimp.

Didja try http://www.linuxquestions.org ? I've only just begun really playing around with my Gimp, and am holding off on upgrading the package until I sort my dependency issues for the KDE 3.2 upgrade I really want. I'm also hoping that that upgrade will settle my detection and sync issues with a hand-me-down Palm m515.. Jeez..

In any event, from what I understand, you can do anything in The Gimp that can be done with Photochop. Thing is, I don't know my own arse from a hole in the ground with Photoshop!

Your arse is what eventually fills the hole in the ground. Then you dig another hole.

How can I dig another hole if mine arse is stuck in the first hole?
