Tutorials

Ever find yourself wondering just how someone managed to create an image using different effects?

Here are three simple tutorials we hope will encourage you to try something new.

The Hot Seat

A lifelong interest in landscape photography has led Eyal Oren to make a study of his adopted hometown of Marblehead, MA. As you can see, his dedication is paying off!

Africa!

Searching...
I know dgrin has a search feature, but I find it only modestly useful because it often brings up totally unrelated items in the search results.

For example, I wanted to know the shutter life of a Canon 20D camera, so I did a search on "shutter life 20d" and got a very large number of hits. Its almost as if any post that had any of those three keywords was listed, rather than only posts with all three of those words.

So, any help on using search more accurately, or a direct answer to my question on shutter life, would be appreciated. :)
