apparent gliches

just recently I have been getting an x instead of a thumbnail for a gallery and also several times when i go to get an URL for a photo to , for example, change my avatar, I get a incorrect URL error ... and I copied and pasted it.:scratch

It's always good to give a gallery link so I can check - please do and I will!

If you are trying to copy a url for a Dgrin Avatar, I can't say why but that doesn't work. Upload one instead and it works fine.

as to the X's, its not always the same gallery or gatagory, it changes every time i am there.

Both galleries look fine - no missing pics

Could be connection issue on your end - the photos not reaching your browser...

sorry i must not have been clear. those 2 galleries were not to show missing pics, they were to show diffferences in the galleries where they should be the same. one has green font and those dotted line borders, the other has no dotted lines and white font.

the missing pictures are on the home and catagory pages

On Gallery 729782 you have Hide Owner turned on. On the other, you don't.

ok ... i have hide owner on both now ...the cfl one has green font and the other one doesnt. or is it just my computer? missing pics must be on my end, there arent any when i use firefox

Loren, hide owner will force the SmugMug style and not your customization. Set hide owner = NO.

ah ha! .... thanks, geez that was so simple it hurts lol

What i was trying to do is hide those links back at the top of the page, as shown below

Loren > Now Showing > NYIP Assignments
