Gallery settings, description box is not stretchable in IE and Chrome, OK in Firefox

I don't know if this is a SmugBug or a browser bug.
In the gallery settings dialog, the description box can be nicely stretched in Firefox but not in IE or Chrome. A not-stretchy description box makes it extremely difficult to edit the description.
It's funny, I've been using IE because on my Windows 8 computer I can't create pages in Firefox or Chrome - but now I've found that I need to use Firefox to edit descriptions. Weird.

No reply from Denise but I can confirm that I still see this in Chrome. The description box has a handle at the bottom right hand corner but it doesn't move
Report was from my home computer, running Windows 8 and latest version of all browsers.
Just checked in Windows 7 on my work computer, no stretch in IE.
Browser behavior in several cases is inconsistent. I still can't drag and drop (to customize pages or to move entries in the organizer) on Windows 8 in any browser except IE. And in that same environment I can't use IE to enter long descriptions. I don't believe I am alone in this.

I'm using Win8, IE 10 and Chrome and i can't drag and drop photos between galleries with either of these two browsers although I can rearrange photos or drag whole galleries between folders. It looks like for the moment then it's impossible to move photos between galleries
I wonder if there is some browser setting that is breaking drag & drop (and stretching). Although I can't imagine what it is since I am using plain vanilla versions of the browsers on a new computer.

Fair enough, I'll try on a different machine when I get home this evening. I've also just tried all of the different flavours of IE using compatibility mode but I still can't move photos between galleries. I can't believe it doesn't work but I just can't find the trick to make it go.
Update: I found for some reason this was only for photos from one particular gallery (which wasn't a smart gallery as far as I can see). In any case I didn't need it so I just deleted it. Everything works fine now in Chrome.
