Creating a coffee table book
Suppose I want to create a coffee table book (100 copies), and ship it to different places, what service should I use. Blurb offers volume discount only if you ship all copies to same address.
Does smugmug have any kind of service regarding publishing coffee table books or something?

Before you order 100 copies of a book from any vendor I'd recommend trying a sample. I'd hate to order 100 of anything and then discover that the quality doesn't match what I need.
