Nice one, Richard - just wish the white shirt wasn't quite so white. :-) But the composition, and the expression on the Woman In Black, are wonderful.

Yeah, nice scene. I assume B.D. is referring to the dude in the white shirt in the background. It does stand out somewhat. Is it possible to dodge it a little? Just curious, it looks like the woman in black is selling / holding lottery tickets of some form. An unsolicited visitor?

I was good with this capture, until B.D. pointed out Mr. Bright White

Yeah, that shirt is a bit distracting--especially after it has been pointed out.
. OK, raw file to the rescue:

It's unfortunate about the super-Clorox shirt man, but at the same time, after the fix you posted, I really enjoy the layers in this image. A lot going on, and streamlined pretty well alongside the main subject of the women's conversation.

His hair is still cloroxed...
![]() Not sure if it better cropped on the right or if the line of heads adds to the shot... I like the three front subjects, though I wanted the hustler's eyes to show... |

Ya know after looking at both versions, I'm stil OK with version one.
If for no other reason then Mr. White draws me into the image. |

Thanks for the feedback, guys. I don't think I would want to lose Mr. Clorox altogether as he is placed on the main diagonal. I suppose I could dye his hair, but it probably doesn't matter much now that the shirt is under control.

I agree with Ben, I like the original, somehow I feel it adds to the composition.

Different set of eyes, different views.
I too believe Mr. "Clorox" adds to the composition in general. As usual with my SPOV, very good job Richard. Note: (SPOV) Shallow point of view. Carlos. |
