Video uploading issue
I seem to be having issues uploading video, and not certain why. I am using Adobe Premire Pro CS5, and exporting to either .wmf, or .mp4, however, when I upload, it just seems to hang up and never finish. Occasionally it will go through on the second or third attempt, but this takes all day. Keep in mind that I am a newby with video, so if there is some preferred settings in Adobe that I should be using, would appreciate some help. Any suggestions??? Oh, and the videos are well within the limits for size/length.

Hi Mike,

This might be a connection issue as your upload log (control panel > stats tab > upload log) shows some "incomplete file" errors. That means we didn't receive the files in question completely.
If you're on a wireless connection, try a hard-wired cable connection instead.

If the problem persists, write us at our helpdesk with details:

What browser version and uploader do you use?
If you use any antivirus, firewall or internet security software, write us what specific software you use.
