Had the chance to briefly shoot (and drive!) a 2006 Lamborghini Spyder this past weekend. It's a pretty intimidating car, even just sitting in front of you. In reality though, it's pretty easy to drive as long as you respect the V10 sitting not-so-conspicuously behind your right ear. It was a ton of fun to drive and the engine seriously sounds more like an angry wild animal than a piece of machinery. It starts out with a hoarse growl below 3k that quickly turns into a high pitched scream towards redline. Definitely gave me goosebumps, haha. I hear you about the sounds that a high-performance engine, screaming only inches behind you head, can make. I once owned a Ferrari 308 GTB. I used to take it out on lonely roads late at night and let it really sing to me. It was marvelous.

Thanks very much! I've also been lucky enough to drive and shoot a 1978 GTB - beautiful car. There's really no match to Italian tuned engines, the aural experience is incredible.
