More of the Canon FL 58mm F/1.2 - I think I have a new favorite for my GH1... At least for awhile!

You certainly nailed the DOF on that first one. Looks like an excellent lens.
    Beautiful shots.

    Thanks guys!

Yeah, No.1 (and #3) took a bit of doing - preset focus and leaning in and out to get the in-focus parts I was after. It took me about 6 or 7 tries each. Sure glad this is digital! ;)

    Thanks Fly-man!

Here's two more from this FL 58/1.2

I think most other lenses would produce a much nosier bokeh than seen in these. I'm liking this lens more than most!

Lovely collection, Bifurcator. I like the perspective and DOF in the first image. Overall though, these images are well captured. Keep on posting!

    Thanks Adam!

I think it's as much or more fun reading comments about my images as it is taking them. :D

So it's all very much appreciated!

    Thanks!

Thanks! It's an easy one to add! They're fairly abundant and only go for $150 ~ $250 (depending). I'll be selling mine in a few weeks - as I do with all my lenses...

Nice shots. What setting do you have on your GH1 if I may ask? I have same lens on my GH2 and the image is not any where close to what you have. The bokeh is very noisy. Did you do anything to the pictures in post or is straight from the camera?

Beautiful DoF work, the opening photo of the rose especially. Bravo!
