iPad app not downloading photos
I just downloaded the iPad app on my new iPad2 and it looks really great. The problem is that it is not downloading my photos to the iPad. It is a perfect tool to view my SmugMug photos as long as I have a Wi-Fi connection, but I don't know how to implement the download feature for offline viewing. There simply seems to be no way to force the download feature.

Thoughts?

What happens? As you view photos, those should be saved on your iPad. To save a whole gallery, use the 'save' button in the top left of the gallery while viewing the thumbnails for photos in a gallery. It's shown in the 'View Photos Offline' section here:
http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/Smug...ugMug+iPad+App

Are some of your galleries (or your whole site) maybe password protected? In that case you need to make sure that the galleries in question you wish to view on the iPad app have 'external links' enabled in the gallery settings:

Thanks!
Those links to the help files provided me with what I needed. I hadn't realized that I Medes to actually go into each album and tell the app to save them. I was waiting for the app to just save but mothingbwas happening.

Once I realized I had to actively save it all made sense. Its really quite a good app. I wish there was a way to save all albums in bulk rather than having to gonin to albumsb1 by 1.
