My header and favicon have disappeared

The site seemed to be down for ages and now my header has disappeared, I tried reloading it in the easy customizer but it didn't work. My favicon too, I'm now stuck with the generic smugmug one.

This is not good.

And now the site is down again.

Not good at all.

For some reason the "My SmugMug Site Files" gallery appears to have been emptied, that is the place where the header/favicon image are...........or were.

Can you email us at the helpdesk with a link to site and we'll be able to check into your site files gallery once we're fully back up.

I'm having the same problem. My banner and favicon are also gone. However my smugmug site files are still there. What can I do to fix this?
