That lil guy is a bran spanky new baby House Finch from this year.

Just a lil tid bit.......Scientist have found that the Tufted Titmouse and the Black capped Chickadee you have pictured share the same DNA. They used think that they were to totally separate species of bird. Now they find that they are in the same family!
