I really, really like what you're doing here.

Some people might say you have the subject too far to the right in #4. I am not one of those people. I think it works. Don't listen to anyone who tells you otherwise. :D

Other than that, they are all incredibly strong. #6 is especially strong. Well done!

I like #10 the best, but they are all good. I would straighten the crooked horizons, and I'm also not a big fan of the bezeled shadow edge, but that's just a personal preference thing. You might try a "burned" edge instead and maybe not so strong.

All shots are great! thumb.gifthumbthumb.gif I'd probably use dark vignetting than the embossed dark edges on the pics. JMO.

You have some very nice photographs here. Keep it going. I know he has big hands but on some they seem to be accentuated, maybe by the 50mm 1.4 being too close? Being a Canon guy I'm not up on Nikon but does their flash do a high speed sync. If so you could do some awesome stuff with the sky where the flash determines the subject exposure but the shutter plays games with the background.

great set! i also really like the use of negative space in #4. the teeth in #1 look a tad more yellow than the rest (to me); i would try and lighten it up a touch.

Very good shots, try not to cut hands in half. Include them or crop them.
Other than that you are off and running.

Looks likew you have plenty of good pointers to work on from others. It appears that you did a good job. Of the set posted here, I think Id toss 1 and 5.

In general, the white balance appears off to me...and leaves the skin tones a bit on the magenta side. Id warm them up some.thumb.gif
