Password Protected Galley Problem
Hi,

I use my smugmug account to allow clients to see the results of commissioned shoots. I always password protect the gallery so that the client can choose who can view.

Just recently many of my clients are experiencing problems gaining access to password protected galleries. They are using the correct password in the correct case, but on entering the password nothing happens, and they are unable to see any images.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be? It isn't just one client either, I recently did a wedding and hardly any of the guests seem to be able to access the pictures?

The problem seems to be Internet Explorer, I use Chrome or Firefox normally but I fired up IE 8 as that is what a number of my clients use.

Right enough it will not accept the password and says "Argh, sorry... That password isn't quite right. Passwords are cAsE senSiTivE."

I know this yet the password works fine in Chrome and Firefox.

I checked the Cookies setting and that is fine - I even changed it to Low - still no effect. Everyone seems to be having the same issue.

I will send you a link by PM
