My daughter and our dog

Unfortunately, I grabbed this one without changing the ISO setting from the forset floor shots I had been taking - very over exposed, but thanks to RAW, salvagable.

LOVELY shot! I could easily imagine it in an advertisement or something.
It's just so very cute!

Thank You, Lynn, Thiago and Trish.

I like it a lot too - will probably print it and put it on the front hall table.
One kid down, 2 to go!

cute photo - great pose and expression..
and yes, you'll be glad you salvaged it!

the one distraction for me is the big blown out area of grass at the top in the background - since you shot in raw you could try to darken it by masking just that area .. or even crop that section off ... just a thought, might be worth a try..

sweet dog!! (and lovely daughter!)

Very sweet indeed!
You have a lovely daughter, Ann! And that dog! It's almost to cute!
I guess it's a matter of taste, but I think it could need just a little more contrast.

Hi Burke
I played a bit with different crops, to be rid of the blown area, but came back to this. I haven't tried selectively changing that section. It is the part that bothers me to. However, sometimes a grab shot is a grab shot and okay with being a grab shot.....Not sure myself, I guess.

Thanks for taking the time.
