B&W Sunset Trees
I've taken up film shooting again lately after a lapse of ten years or so. This is from a batch of prints I just picked up today. It was shot from out in front of my house a few evenings ago during a rather moody sunset. I had a 5x7" print made, scanned it at 600 dpi to produce a roughly 12 MP digital image, then trimmed it slightly and applied a sepia tint in PP.
![]() Setup: Camera: Nikon FE Lens: Nikkor 50mm f/1.4 AI with a Hoya K2 yellow filter Film: Kodak Tri-X 400 Settings: f/11, 1/1000 sec. (guessing) Last edited by craig_d; Jun-03-2010 at 11:15 PM. |

Mildly bemused

Very nice, classical composition. I love the texture in the clouds.
