Page Creation Help
This is probably a dumb question. How do I creat a bio page, or any other non gallery type page for my website? (I am on a Pro account) It seems the only pages I can create are gallery pages. I pretty much just want to have a photo, maybe two, and some text. Thanks in advance for your help.

All pages on your site with the exception of your home page and copies of things that have a default location of the home page are galleries.

For a bio page, the simplest is a gallery locked into the style Journal (Old). Load one photo, and place your bio info in the caption for that photo. Another option is to use an HTML-only gallery. For that, see Allen's tutorial at http://allen-steve.smugmug.com/gallery/3819841.

I have no idea what you mean by an xml only page.

An HTML-only page can contain anything you'd like.
