DC after Dark - Part 2

Back in April, I posted a round of late-night Washington DC photos (http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=163936). I went into the city last Thursday and tried some new things, which included some painting-with-light to add emphasis. I find the Korean War Memorial very challenging and will be going back to improve my shots soon.
These were all taken between 11:30pm and 2:00am.
