Nice action. I like the water and that you've got the arms out of the water. My comment would be to shoot lower next time. The flags add some interest but they eye is almost drawn to them and not the swimmer.

Hope you don't mind. It needs a bit more contrast (maybe even more than I gave it) and some usm. The flags are distracting though.
