More Night shot tests
I think these turned out much better than the last ones. Since then I have picked up a polarizer and a tripod. I found it interesting that the pictures I took with the polarizer turned out well at night also. Now I just need a remote but thats next paycheck.

What you guys think?

Ryan

USAIR your night shots are more than amazing. I hope to find a way to get mine as sharp some time.

Papy,

try a few shots earlier in the evening. For about an hour after sunset you'll get some blue in the sky, you'll also benefit because it's not so dark & you'll find it much easier to avoid blowing highlights .....

have a look here for an example of what I mean

HI Ryan,
Nicely done. Night shots are just too cool when they turn out. I especially like #2, nice exposure and sharp. I found that even having the camera on a tripod, I still needed to use the timmer to control camera shake when I didn't have a remote. Nice neon exposure on #3 as well. The polarizer will make a big difference on window and water night/day shots.

These treads are moving off the pages way too quickly.

Thanks for sharing,
Chris
