Huh How do you send cell pics to twitter & smugmug?
So I recently figured out how to send my cell phone pics to smugmug via text right from the phone - Yeah - and I know we can use the social button to share w/ twitter... (Or send them to twitpic type services to post 2 twitter)...

But..... What I really want to do is:
Send my cell pics to smugmug AND have them AUTO post to twitter &/or facebook from my email smugmug gallery. This way they'd be stored on my smugmug site rather than another photo site such as twitpic.
Is this possible & if so how can I do it?

And just for fun you here's one I just uploaded (youch) at one of my many worse lookin moments. I was concentrating on capturing some liquid macro water drops when Rodney (my husband) decided to distract and snap.

After a quick rough ugly run through smugmugs picnik. Yeah, I know... overdo... but hey this is just 4 fun right.

Go ahead laugh or cry at this mug if you must - - don't hate!

We don't have it yet, but you can email upload to SmugMug (or use SmugShot if you have iPhone) and then use Be Social from the gallery on Smug.

Sorry, Cindy!

I've tried the be social to send to twitter numerous times. Quit trying when I finally learned it wasn't working. I thought it was working again (due to various posts I'd read) so I tried it again last night but but tried again last but nada... still not working. It connected, said it posted... but never showed up. When do you expect it to be working? Or is it working for others?

Thanks so much Andy! I really, really do appriciate you'll

I can second Cindy's request. I have a portion of my smugmug site setup for general photography that I share on Twitter. Currently I use Twitpic, but the lack of control of my images bothers me. An option to autopost to twitter upon changes would be most desirable

OK, forget my last comment. I've figured out how to do automatically update twitter from smugmug. Read my instructions here http://www.garethrobins.com/2009/12/...-and-facebook/
