Customised Header does not appear

Help required by a "newbie"
I've set-up a simple Text Header in the Change Your Co-Branding Section.
And used "Customize Gallery" to set the Appearance to "Custom"
This works fine for my "Home" Page and one Gallery, but not for the second Gallery. (This also has been cusomized to have "Custom" appearance. This Gallery is set as a "Private" Gallery with Password Protection..... is there any reason why Cusomised settings do not work for "Private" Galleries???

OK, call off the search!!!
I had a very prompt reply from the Smugmug Help desk.... Great service guys !!
Turns out my problem Gallery is set with "hide owner = Yes" .... this setting prevents the use of customized settings.
Guess for this Gallery I'll have to live with the Standard Settings.
