Two Galleries? -- Say It Ain't So
I've landed a little freelancing gig with a local arts and entertainment weekly. They'll be using my shot(s) on their website or in the paper or both. I will be able to retain all rights to my photos (I can still sell'em elsewhere). For the time being, they will be downloading pictures they want from my smugmug site where I've set up a gallery just for them.
How can I set it up so that they can download the pictures they want to use (they'll be paying by check once weekly, so won't be buying on the site) and yet have it set up so individuals in the pictures can buy ones they want. The only way I can see to do this is to set up two galleries...one hidden for teh newspaper gurus and one public for everyone else. Say it aint' so puh-lease Blessings Jerry Nelson www.meesoon.smugmug.com |

Well I think if you want them to just download the pics on their own you'd have to do that, but it might be easier just to have them email you the gallery #'s of the images they want and then email them the files yourself. Then again maybe that's not easier.
