Lily Leaf Beetle

<br><br>A lily leaf beetle (<i>Lilioceris lilii</i>).&nbsp; The nice thing about invasive species are that you get such great opportunities to see the world's animals right in your front yard...<br><br>I'm not terribly happy with the blown out highlights in the carapace, and am brainstorming how to best diffuse the flash with my current setup.<br>

Haha, unfortunately I'm not a gardener and didn't know about they were such pests until I started reading about them after I did the ID. Darn invasives.
