Simply beautiful.

Are you useing a "blind" to get this close? I would estimate you are within 20 to 40 feet of your subject?

No, no blind. A few were taked from inside my car. The one with the tree swallow with its fethers blown by the wind was on a tripod standing close. I was as close as 11 feet on some with a 500mm lens and a tripod on some. Most were between 11 and 25 feet.

The chicks and the peek out of the birdhouse photos are a bit of a crop.
