My wild guess would be that you have some sort of cookie issue in FF. Either something is blocking cookies or the cookie permissions are not set the way Smugmug needs them or you aren't getting properly logged in with a custom domain. This thread should be deleted so it doesn't mislead subscribers in regards to the SmugMug Footer. I was referred to the comments and images in this thread through another forum and Google search. In my sheer excitement of seeing the "no footer" in the easy customization menu image, I upgraded to Pro without looking into it further. I didn't expect an added feature to be removed and now quite depressed that I have to look for SmugMug alternatives.
