Here are three simple tutorials we hope will encourage you to try something new.

The Hot Seat

A lifelong interest in landscape photography has led Eyal Oren to make a study of his adopted hometown of Marblehead, MA. As you can see, his dedication is paying off!

So I took this photo of my Niece and it was my favorite out of the bunch. I wanted to get some C&C on it. The photo itself, as well as PP.

50D, 24-105 f/4 L IS @ 47mm, f/4, ISO 100, Diffused 580 EX II.

My smugmug will not remove the watermarks on any of the photos in this gallery today, I don't know why, so pardon the watermark.

Thank you!

she looks so perfect that she almost looks like a porcelain doll left laying on the floor. Although, next time I might suggest you put her on something other than the rug...

C.
She was actually just laying there. I had to stand over her. I would definitely agree though. She was a little crabby that night, so leaving her be was the best idea I think.

She really is precious. Her skin is very creamy, however, on my computer the "whites of her eyes" are too blue.

Very nice picture. I agree with the background but understand the circumstances. Also, the blue in the eyes is pretty noticeable.

It may just be the brown carpet, but I think her face is a tad overexposed. It could be my monitor though.

Well as others have noted there is a blue cast to the whites of her eyes.....which should be white....so.....warmer would be good.

Stunning baby. I really like the texture in her hair. If feels soft and baby like and at the same time very real. Nice job with omitting shadows on her face.
