Have shot this before but wanted to try in camera multiple exposure for the D300 3 shots combined. Did a nice effect on the buzzards

It was a done in camera. The D300 has a function of multiple exposure that you can choose from 2 to 10 shot and it will combine them. I was experimenting with it when I took this capture. 3 shots with .7 EV difference.
I shot sample until I did not have any blown highlights. then stopped down with each capture. Then the camera combines them using the RAW data.
Going to have some fun playing with this option
