Adorable captures!!! Nice use of window light (I assume?) While I love the color shots and how lovely the reflections in her eyes are, I'm definitely drawn to the black and white. Love the interaction here in the kids, and your conversion is stellar. Would you care to share your camera and EXIF info on these? I'm about to buy the 50 1.4 and I'm still struggling with my camera body purchase this week....40D or 5D!

Excellent shots! The lighting is terrific. I really like the middle shot. Nice composition and use of heights! The crop doesn't bother me here.

Hi Lynne,

Thanks! Glad you liked them. The 50 1.4 of course is Nikon and my camera is currently Nikon D300.

The EXIF on the B & W is : f3.2 / 1/125 / ISO 320

I have an "el cheapo" 50mm f1.8 and it also does wonders in natural light.
