Any suggestions for online printing company?

I was just wondering if anyone here has any good suggestions for an online printing company. I dont mean a photo lab. I want to get some Church directories printed. Preferably I would like to pay less than 50 cents per book.
I believe lulu could do it, but Ive heard their photo prints are horrible, and I would like each page to be thicker than regular paper, im not sure they offer that.
