Can't log in to edit customisation

I know my email address is correct. I know my password and I have reentered it a number of times but I can't log in ... the screen just refreshes waiting for me to enter the details. (and no caps lock is not on, I have not made a typo. it just won't let me log in to the edit the advanced customisation)
My opinion does not necessarily make it true. What you do with my opinion is entirely up to you.

    Can you clear your browser cache *and* cookies? Then try again.

    Thank you - all good now. I had cleared my cache but not the cookies. Thanks for your rapid response and timely advice. Much appreciated.
