I want to set up an auto message that is e-mailed to clients when they purchase digital downloads. Is there a way I can set up an auto e-mail to go out to the clients when they make a purchase?

Also, is there a way to put any type of information block so they read it before they purchase the image? I want them to fully understand the limits of the download. They do not OWN the photos and cannot instagram edit the image and load it to the internet, etc.

Hi Kristen,

We don't have a way to send an automated email when downloads are purchased from your account, nor is it possible to add descriptions to the shopping cart or amend the digital download license. Sorry!

When you receive email notifications we include the order number and the client's email address, you could have a standard email draft that you copy and paste into a new email to the client, sent from your email.
