Taken a few months back for the Leonids Meteor Shower group meet up here in MA. As forecasted it wasn't going to be much of a visual w/ maybe 3-4 meteors visible per hour. I was behind my cousin and took a 30 second exposure I believe when the shooting star shot through @ about 3 seconds left. My cousin turned to me and asked if I seen it and I answered "I think I caught it". I have never been camping and coming from the city we don't get the visual of stars that rural areas get. I would love to go somewhere and try to get a milky way shot.

A few members have pics of just stars nice and brightened through post but I kinda wanted to leave it as I saw the area that night. My first time shooting stars and it was definitely fun.

What a nice memory of that night.
Please, go camping! There's nothing like a little dirt in your scrambled eggs! :D
