Criticism would be particularly welcome on this one. I'm still trying to find an approach to HDRs that I like.

    IMO: It's a nice, if somewhat routine, shoreline scene - the foreground boulders and logs help a lot.
    It has a pretty flat look overall, lighting and tonal range - I guess the HDR did that.
    The sky looks a little hot to me, especially at the border of the mid-ground trees.
    Overall, not bad - it's just IMO, not your best. (I have perused your Smug galleries)

    But hey, what do I know? :D

    That's helpful, Eric. I think you're right about the flatness, as well as the fact that it's just not that exciting a shot to begin with. Thanks for the feedback.
