not quite a full moon, but that's okay... i'm not unhappy with this shot... :D 7D, 340mm, 1/160 @ f/8

    the sharpness is awesome. it looks a tad dark to me.

    thanks. i purposely underexposed it a bit to help bring out detail. so many moon shots are overexposed, and all you get is a gray-white ball with some texture visible, maybe a crater or two. i prefer it a little darker so the features are more visible.

    well, yeah, i confess... i did so some PP on this one, including sharpening it a bit.

    Nice detail. I like the tone, not too bright.
