    Delightful and something to aspire towards!
    I think bigger version of the pictures would be much more appealing!

    However I had difficulty with your home page. I am on a 27" monitor and the top portion 60% or so is fixed with the bottom portion scrollable. But when scrolling the nave bars become hidden.

    You may want to look into this.

    Thanks for the feed back I will be working on a re design of the web site in the next few months and hope to make it more user friendly
