Oregon Coast
It's been ages since I posted anything. So here's a shot from a quick trip up the Oregon coast this past spring. Feedback is welcome.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks, David. The trip was to visit a friend who retired in Coos Bay, and I drove down the coast on the way home. It's definitely a place where a photographer could spend a LOT of time.

I know that spot, did you walk down and get into the cove on the other side? Great place. Nice shot, thanks for sharing.

Thanks, Mike! No, it was raining and I wimped out. So I took a few quick snaps and continued on my way, making a note to return some day when I had more time.

nice one, Joel! i've got a couple of shots of that same spot, but mine aren't as green... later in the year, a bit drier, so the vegetation wasn't as lush. and the tide was in. gotta get back down there one of these days!

A lovely spot and a lovely picture of it Joel Fine job with the PP Not sure I have seen that exact place... still it looks familiar. South of Coos Bay you say... I have sparingly few images much south of there.

This year, we are spending our usual Oregon Coast vacation up in our local mountains due east of Boise some 80 air miles or so. Thats a pure guess Perhaps we could still get to the W. coast before the end of the year. My wife would love that and I wouldn't complain

Nice. I think 16:9 crop would be great here, cut the down third and see if it works for you. Regards.
