I am sure Angelo.. He has like 20 tennis balls hidden in the snow and he sticks his whole head under like an ostrich to retrieve them..

Funny you should pick #1. Did you know #2 won a Kodak Picture of the Day? I guess it was the snow that made it more special. I agree that #1 shows a lot of personality. That's a great dog huh! Also a couple of great shots. We should all post a dog of the day. I have several myself. I have two dogs and today I'm baby sitting for my daughters dog as well. He's a yellow lab, and my two are a Rottie and a shephard mix. The mix has appeared in many of my landscapes and even a few of Ginger's. I call him the ubiquitous dog. He looks good as a generic dog in landscapes. Here he is as he appeared in one of my challenge entries.

He has a whole tutorial on getting the right color of that dog.
    (or the other one)
Love the white on white: the snow and the white dog.

If I could, for this challenge I would enter a baby with a puppy and kitten.
    Maybe a dog, too.

The only thing I have is the dog.

I love your dogs, four labs. All those tennis balls under the snow? I wonder if he knows what happened. Woke up one morning and the world as he knew it had changed.rolleyes1.gif

Then we have an English Setter...
Was over having a conversation with a neighbor, and Robbie (English Setter) was being himself in the shadows.

Nice. I want to play ball with that dog. That's the one thing I miss since I've been in an apartment all these years. Having a dog.

    Ginger's Corgis
Almost everyone knows I have dogs. Mine, here, is the one behind the big one. His name is Skye. Wonderful Corgi. This was in Jan, have to get back to the beach, we have been a bit slack.........

    13937070-L.jpg

This below is Merry Chapel an hours, or so, later. She was very ready to go home and positioned herself by my camera bag. ginger

I love seeing all the dogs. The one at the bridge a heart tugger. Then Dave's dog, with the sign. That is one good looking dog by that sign.
    All of them are great!
